$GOAT ON SOLANATHE TRUTH TERMINAL ARCHIVEVERIFY THE MINT · NEVER TRUST A TICKER

GOAT evidence ledger:
claims, sources, and uncertainty.

This ledger separates what public evidence establishes from what remains interpretation. It covers the Goatseus Maximus token, Truth Terminal, the launch chronology, holder rights, and the limits of market and wallet data.

How to read the evidence

Verified means the claim is supported by consistent public records or primary documentation. False means available evidence directly contradicts it. Unproven means the public record does not establish the claim, even when it is widely repeated.

Every row links to the source carrying the most evidentiary weight. Market figures and on-chain state can change, so those observations require timestamps. A source can support a narrow fact without supporting every conclusion people draw from it.

The established Goatseus Maximus asset is a Solana token with mint CzLSujWBLFsSjncfkh59rUFqvafWcY5tzedWJSuypump.

The complete mint agrees across market directories and the public Solana account record. A ticker or logo is not sufficient identification.

A human Pump.fun user deployed GOAT; Truth Terminal did not sign the token deployment.

Public accounts distinguish the permissionless human launch from the agent's later endorsement. The available crypto-asset disclosure says the issuer could not be identified and finds no evidence that Andy Ayrey issued the token.

GOAT launched on October 10, 2024 through Pump.fun.

The launch date is consistent across the Pump.fun history, market directories, and later asset disclosures.

Truth Terminal emerged from Andy Ayrey's work following the Infinite Backrooms experiments.

The experiment archive identifies Ayrey and describes model-to-model Claude conversations; the later Truth Collective account connects those experiments with development of the public persona.

Marc Andreessen's approximately $50,000 Bitcoin grant predated GOAT's launch.

The public grant exchange occurred in July 2024. GOAT launched in October 2024, so the grant was funding for the AI experiment rather than an investment in the later token.

06False

GOAT holders receive ownership of Truth Terminal, revenue, governance, or software rights.

The token is described as having no inherent rights or intrinsic utility. Market ownership must not be confused with ownership of the agent or its intellectual property.

07Unproven

A public wallet balance proves that Truth Terminal can move funds without human approval.

A ledger shows balances and signatures, not the off-chain custody policy. Proof would require a disclosed key architecture, signing rules, and evidence about overrides or approval gates.

GOAT's current price has one universally correct value across every venue.

Pools and exchanges can show different prices because of reserves, order flow, quote assets, fees, coverage, and update time. GOAT.CX labels its primary-pool and aggregate methods separately.

On-chain records

Mint fields, supply, authorities, signatures, balances, token accounts, and pool state are checked against public Solana records. A ledger record does not reveal every off-chain identity or custody agreement.

Primary history

Dated experiment archives, original posts, project disclosures, and archived pages take priority over later summaries. When the original is unavailable, the ledger identifies the strongest surviving source.

Interpretation

Claims about causation, autonomy, ownership, or intent require more than timing or wallet balances. GOAT.CX labels uncertainty rather than converting a plausible story into a verified fact.
